Exciting news! My website is finally live!
If you take a look at it, it'll explain a few things about my writing style and what to expect in my posts. I know marketing advises against complex jargon, but simplicity is rarely simple, right? :-)
Also, you'll discover more about my background, which has primarily been in academic contexts. So avoiding complex jargon can feel like forcing me to speak a different language. I can't help it!
I understand this approach comes with its own risks; some might lose interest more easily or find it challenging to engage. But I'll do my best to maintain clarity, even when referencing foreign terms and concepts.
So, if you're interested in exploring literary and theoretical topics presented in a digestible way, stick around. If you're already a scholar and want to see these terms used in a different context, you're welcome here too.
I still hope there is room and interest for deep thoughts; for the simplicity of complex ideas, and not just for what makes us comfortable. I still hope that our "filter bubbles" (Oops, I did again!) can be broken, that we don't search and stick only with the familiar and what we "like."
